8:54 a.m. – Lakewood Dr., Cracker Barrel, 47 year old female with chest pains.

11:21 a.m. – Ballentine Rd., county requesting assistance with multiple grass fires, truck with flat on trailer made sparks, fires on both sides of the road.

12:41 p.m. – MLK Dr., 75 year old female with difficulty breathing.

2:58 p.m. – Perkins Lane, 87 year old male has fallen, lift assist needed.

4:16 p.m. – James St., Jiffy #2, 79 year old male unresponsive, not breathing.

6:43 p.m. – Eureka St., Elderly Apts., male subject possibly having a stroke.

8:43 p.m. – MLK Dr., 75 year old female has fallen, lift assist only.

11:36 p.m. – MLK Dr., 75 year old female needs lift assist again.

12:45 a.m. – Jeffrey St., caller advises she needs EMS, she can’t see.

2:02 a.m. – MLK Dr., 75 year old female needs lift assist, has leg pain.

6:39 a.m. – MLK Dr., 75 year old female feeling lethargic.

11:03 a.m. – Lakewood Dr., Hampton Inn, male subject laying on the floor.

11:44 a.m. – Hwy. 35S, vehicle accident, 17 year old female with a head injury, Lifeguard has been called.

Nov. 16

5:38 a.m. – King St., 63 year old female difficulty breathing and leg pain.

10:29 a.m. – Lakewood Dr., Cracker Barrel, female subject has passed out in the bathroom.

12:39 p.m. – College St., 89 year old female unresponsive.

1:03 p.m. – Commerce St., Cadence Bank, male subject has hit columns in the drive thru, male subject is not on the scene.

2:35 p.m. – Hwy. 51S, Skyline Motel, 50 year old male with leg and chest pain.

5:39 p.m. – Hemlock Rd., grass fire.

Nov. 17

1:31 p.m. – Lester St., 57 year old female with tightness in chest.

2:13 p.m. – Dell St., tree on house.

4:56 p.m. – Hwy. 6E, around Lowe’s, two vehicle accident, no injuries, road is blocked.

11:10 p.m. – Medical Center Dr., Women’s Clinic, electric pole behind building is on fire.

Nov. 18

2:25 a.m. – Medical Center Dr., Panola Medical Center, smoke detector alarm, negative contact with anyone on scene.

10:46 a.m. – Hwy. 35, Love’s Truck Stop, two vehicle accident, unsure of injuries, officers and Lifeguard en route.

5:47 p.m. – Lester St., unknown age, unknown condition, subject advises he needs an ambulance.

6:55 p.m. – Covenant Crossing, Home2Suites, caller advises fire alarm keeps going off.

Nov. 19

1:45 a.m. – Pollard St., 35 year old male needs lift assist.

9:52 a.m. – Ward St., 76 year old female feeling weak, Lifeguard also en route.

3;13 p.m. – Lomax St., 65 year old female dizzy and unable to walk.

6:55 p.m. – Vance St., 75 year old female has fallen, losing consciousness.

7:00 p.m. – Claude St., 34 year old male with possible heart attack.

7:13 p.m. – MLK Dr., 64 year old male having medical emergency.

7:48 p.m. – Hwy. 6W, Wendy’s, subject having chest pain.

Nov. 20

8:14 a.m. – Tubbs Rd., structure fire, trailer on fire.

10:51 a.m. – Covenant Crossing, Comfort Suites, fire alarm.

11:31 p.m. – Hwy. 6E, Parker & Hannifan, 58 year old female with shortness of breath.

2:54 p.m. – Hwy. 6W, overhead bridge, two vehicle accident, one vehicle has left the scene.

9:18 p.m. – Hemlock Rd., 82 year old male, with medical emergency, Lifeguard has been toned.
