Jane was born August 13, 1956, one of six children to the late Elijah Thomas Kelsay, Jr. and Bessie Gaston Kelsay in Marks. Jane worked as a retail merchandiser for Advantage Solutions. She cherished her time with family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  She had a love for animals like no other.

A natural talent for keeping her yard neat and in full bloom year-round came second nature to Jane.  She took every opportunity she could to be on a boat in the water and spending time outdoors.  She attended Lifepoint Church in Senatobia.

The loving family she leaves behind includes two daughters, Heather Jane Milam Barbee of Spring Hill, TN., Ashley Allen Drewrey (Richie) of Batesville; sisters, Nita Kelsay Townsend of Brandon, Carol Kelsay Milam of Serveirville, TN.; brother, John Oliver Kelsay (Missy) of Senatobia; Grandchildren, Cassidy Barbee Jones (BJ), Mason Allen (Ali), Marley Allen; and 5 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin “Jimmy” Clark; and two siblings, Linda Kelsay Conn, and Elijah Thomas “Tommy” Kelsay III.
