Phillip “Scrowney” Leo E. Stuart, 58, passed away Thursday, May 20, at his home in Dundee.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 23, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery in Friars Point.
Scrowney was born April 4, 1963 in Helena, Ark., to the late Phillip G. Stuart and Bobbie Thacker Stuart.
Throughout his life, he built metal buildings for many years and then worked as a farm hand with Abbot Myers in the Dundee area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being a member of the Alias MC.
The family left behind to cherish his memory include his children, Amanda Stuart of Crenshaw, Tori Vaughn of Crenshaw, Raven Stuart of Batesville, Grace Stuart of Batesville, Natalie Stuart of Dundee, Kelsey Selby of Dundee, and Daniel Selby of Dundee; his significant other, Amy Selby of Dundee; 7 grandchildren, Kalyee Mills, Alyssa Mills, Hydie Vaughn, Leland Mills, Jade Mills, Keely Vaughn, and Ollie Scott; and one great grandchild on the way, Baby Archer.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, David Carlisle.
