Jimmy Carlini, 72, passed away Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020, at  Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. He was the husband of Diane Carlini.

Funeral services were ta 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7,  in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Eureka Cemetery near Courtland. The family received friends beginning at noon prior to the service.

Jimmy was born February 15, 1948, in Oxford to the late Domenick and Cornelia Ware Carlini.

He was a member of the Eureka United Methodist Church and a retired truck driver. Jimmy always loved driving his truck, hunting and fishing when finding spare time. Jimmy was a lover of life that always lived life to the fullest. He was happiest when either racing or working on his racing truck. Most of all, Jimmy loved spending time with his family and friends.

Jimmy’s memory will be most cherished by his wife, Diane Cosby Carlini of Courtland; son, Adrian Carlini of Courtland; two sisters, Joanne Rowsey of Batesville,  and Geneva Sprouse of Water Valley; a brother, Nick Carlini of Nesbit; and one grandson, Caden Carlini.
