Elvis Vance Potts, 74, passed away Friday, Nov. 13, at his home in Batesville.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, 2020, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home with interment to follow at Mt. Liberty Cemetery near Water Valley. The family will receive friends beginning at 9  a.m. prior to the service at Wells Funeral Home.

Elvis was born January 24, 1946 in Water Valley to the late Charlie Rufus and Willie Vance Potts. He retired from T.V.E.P.A. as a right-of-way tree trimmer.

Elvis had a passion for old classic cars and attending car shows. He also enjoyed hunting. On Friday evening, Elvis could usually be at the V.F.W. in Water Valley, MS singing karaoke.

Elvis leaves behind his son, Van Potts (Kellie) of Batesville; brother, Jimmy Dale Potts of Batesville; granddaughter, Jordan Potts; two grandsons, Logan and Tyler Potts.
