Sept. 1

Devonte Dominique Brown, 108 Hightower St., Sardis, was charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Marcelus LaSalle Polk, 295 Brown Ave., Darling, was charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Laderrick Jotwan Caldwell Jr., 209 Bellamy St., Flowood, was charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tim Lee Marshal, 12871 Ballentine Rd., Sardis, was charged with an open container, firearm enhancement, airline parking, and possession of marijuana in a vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Fentress Quitman Presley, 53 Church St., Como, was charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
