Moesha M. Mister,106 Normandy Ave., Batesville, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief and non-payment of old fines all totaling $634 due in 30 days.

Kimberly D. Ellis, 206 Fisher St., Batesville, pleaded guilty to simple assault and was fined $328 due in 30 days.

Tondarius J. Reed, 203 Van Voris St., Batesville, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and public profanity. Reed was given a Aug.28 trial date.

Rodriguez R. Ward, 329 Union Rd.,Sardis, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and non-payments of old fines all totaling $2,289

Drelan C.Porter, 324 Patton Ln., Batesville, was found guilty of shoplifting and non-payment of old fines all totaling $2,085 due in 30 days.

Madrekis D. Porter, 201 Patton Ln., Batesville, was found guilty of shoplifting and non-payments of old fines all totaling $2,488 due in 30 days.

Lakeria A. Joiner, 1308 Edgemont Rd.,Clarksdale, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was fined $1,146 due in 30 days.

Sameika R. Robinson, 411 Willa St., Batesville, was ordered to pay $1,156 in old fines.

Robert D. Stewart, 2114 Shiloh Rd., Batesville, failed to appear on contempt of court charges for non-payment of old fines totaling $1,402

Steven M. Hill, 388 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and non-payment of old fines all totaling $749

William E. Doyle, 1790 Cotton Plant Rd., Batesville, had charges to possession of a controlled substance, DUI and no driver’s license bound over to the Panola Co. Grand Jury.

Kendrick D. Jones, 205 Claude St., Batesville, had a felony shoplifting charge bound over to the Panola Co. Grand Jury. Jones had charges of embezzlement, simple assault and malicious mischief dismissed.

Leon Ross, Jr., 211 Deaton St., Batesville, had a possession of a controlled substance charge bound over to the Panola Co. Grand Jury.

Krystal Goforth, 206 Gay St., Batesville, had felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia bound over to the Panola Co. Grand Jury.

Kynli Hindman, no address given, was credited for time served and released from jail on contempt of court charges.

Michael Ragsdale, 12 Calvin Ln., Sardis, had his bond lowered from $10,000 to $2,500 on a sale of a controlled substance.
