A one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 6 W Saturday night claimed the life of a Panola County man, authorities said this week.

Jacob David Ray, 18, died from his injuries after wrecking near Wade, Inc.

Ray, a 2018 graduate of North Delta School, was enrolled at Northwest Community College in a pre-engineering curriculum at the time of his death.
