ND Junior High suffers a loss to Magnolia Heights

The North Delta Junior High football team traveled to Senatobia Thursday night to take on Magnolia Heights.
The Chiefs ran over the Green Wave in route to a 27-8 victory.
North Delta was in trouble from the get go with missed tackles and offensive miscues.
This resulted in six false starts and seven fumbles.
It was not all negative, though.  The Green Wave never gave up.
They had similar motives as their varsity counterpart.
They never abandoned ship or the plan that was placed in front of them.
The goal was to get better.
For the most part, it was bad, but the offense showed glimpses.
Ryan Gibson rushed for 116 yards including a 95 yard fourth quarter.
The Green Wave ended on a high note when Gibson had a 6-yard touchdown run.
The two-point conversion was also good as the ball was tipped and caught for a touchdown.
The Junior High team has improvements to make, but seems to be on the right track.
Again, they showed heart in a tough defeat.
