Welfare Concern

The Panola County Sheriff’s Department is asking for your help with a welfare concern in the county. Investigators need information regarding the whereabouts 35-year-old Samuel Dowden, Jr., his daughters, four-year-old Baleigh and two-year-old Madelyn. Samuel Dowden is described as a black male, five feet, six inches tall, weighing 136 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Baleigh is described as a black female, three feet tall, weighing 32 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Madelyn is described as a black female, two feet tall, weighing 25 pounds with black curly hair and brown eyes. They are believed to be traveling in a brown 2003 Chevrolet Blazer bearing Arkansas license plate 169 WYC. They were last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 14 in the Rock Hill Road area in Sardis, Mississippi and were believed to have been traveling to Little Rock, Arkansas.
