May 1
Sandy Trusty, 489 S. Archie Rd., Grenada, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Wesley Howard Rogers, 498 South Jackson St., Grenada, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Herbert Mack Testerman, 10860 Rd. 838, Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, failure to yield to blue lights, shoplifting and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jermain Johnson, 5589 Lucious Taylor Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and open container. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
Patrick Jameal Presley, 216 Ford St., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

David Alden Bailey III, 4607 Springport Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquincy of a minor. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

LaCorey Cordell Hoskins, 409 Gleaton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with simple assault-domestic. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Ericka Skyler Workman, 3970 Sees Chapel Rd., Sarah, was sentenced to 18 years with six to serve and 12 month probation-credit fraud and sale of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
