Monday, Oct. 28
Brooklyn Elizabeth Gertz, 202 Fisher St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and sentenced three years. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Michael Montrell Norwood, 530 West Pearl St., Sardis, has a hold.

Katrina L. Hall, 794 Upton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with felony embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Eunitha A. Davis, 1130 Chester Ridge Ave. Apt. 42 C, Southaven, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, stop sign violation and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Excell Jackson, 3610 Curtis Locke Station, Batesville, was arrested and charged with arson. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tuesday, Oct. 29
James H. Patterson, 3282 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Pledge Doston, 210 A. Pegues Rd., Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI-first, no driver’s license and no tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wednesday, Oct. 30
James Anthony Stafford, 199 Hillstreet, Sledge, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, DUI-other, careless driving, aggravated assault on an officer, felony failure to stop, failure to comply and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.

Martel Kirklon Scott, 215 Cherry St., Como, is a federal inmate being housed at the jail. The case will be heard in Federal Court.

Justin Raymond Woodard, 2172 Brewer Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Denia Carol King, 2658 J.Q. West, Como, has a hold.

Dennis Brown, 210 Pegues Rd., Oxford, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, false information, DUI, no tag, improper equipment and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Thursday, Oct. 31
Derrick Lee Oliver, 19003 Hwy. 315, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, possession of controlled substance, failure to stop when signalled, driving while license suspended, possession of paraphernalia, switched tag and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Kerrance Kingsley Patterson, 211 Deaton St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic simple assault and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sherron Denise Daniels, 200 Hightower St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply, public drunk, public profanity, resisting arrest and open container. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

James Harold Ray, 1629 Hwy. 315 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Friday, Nov. 1
Hunter Garrett Addison, 816 Stockard, Oxford, was arrested and charged with reckless driving on wrong side of road and DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry Jean Kirksey, 84 Ivy Gordon Dr., Batesville, is serving weekends for DUI.

Jakessa Latrice Cole, 149 Victory Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with failure to comply, resisting arrest and simple assault on a police officer. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gary Wayne Bland, 125 Campground Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, open container, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Kedrick Jerome Turner, 200 Ridge Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kajarvis Brondez Bradford, 108 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Christine Marie Bobo, 311 Lincoln St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Gregory Ray Newman, 4856 Hwy. 35 North, Enid, is serving weekends. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
