July 31

Jimmy Young, 5343 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk and loitering. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

August 1

Antonio Cortez Smith,  530 Holly St., Charleston, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Vernon E. Jones, 1097 A Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

August 2

Rodante Terrell Brooks, 817 Goodman St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm in city limits, simple assault and breaking and entering. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Nathan Damon Boyd,  798 Chapeltown Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jeffery Scott Morris Jr., 485 Morris Lane, Batesville, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Linda Frost, 198 Elbert Smith Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Keitric K. Miller, 208 Warren St., Como, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Elizabeth A. Stewart, 2448 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Chris Griste, 4937 Union Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no seat belt and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sherry Renea Petty, 795 Smart Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Katie May Malone, 155 Sixth St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gladys Robin Self, 2202 Pumpkin Station Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mary Ann Byars, 3515 A Tinside Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, careless driving, DUI and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Elijah Hunt, 185 Lamb St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Deshun Dewitt Sandridge, 11039 Balentine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Amos Lemonzio Caldwell, 526 Hope Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and disregard for traffic device. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Nickolas Dwrain Davis, 335 Shamrock Dr. Apt. No. 7, Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ezekiel Earl Willie, 105 Everette St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Lee Smalley, 465 Mosby Road, Enid, was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Christopher M. Dodd, 1352 Plum Point, Pope, was arrested and charged with simple assault-domestic violence and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Justin David Popowich, 3038 John Harmon Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, no proof of insurance, DUI-second (refusal), driving while license suspended and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bobby Heath Harrison, 1803 Jr. Johnson Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John Cody Darymple, 1397 Benson Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI-first, reckless driving and littering. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Cody Edwin Jones, 215 East Church St., Minooka, Ill., was arrested and charged with failure to obtain a non-resident no fishing license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
