October 3

Quentin L. Hogan,  9718 Hwy. 515, Courtland, was arrested and charged on a bench warrant.

Thomas Heartfield, 160 Chief Dr., Courtland, is being held for investigation.

Latasha L. Wallace, 107 MLK Drive Apt. 6 C, Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifring. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Orlando Mitchell, 418 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with failure to comply, resisting arrest and discharge of a firearm in city limits. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Detrailous Webster, 2585 A Chapel Town Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and is being held for MDOC.
