Storm damages home bleachers

Thursday night’s storm caused damage at the South Panola baseball field. The home side bleachers were pushed into the backstop.

“I couldn’t hardly believe when I saw it,” said head baseball coach Patrick Robey.

South Panola will host Charleston tomorrow in its home opener. Those planning to come need to bring their own chairs, according to Robey. The Wes Smythe Classic starts at 1 p.m.
