With the storm turning toward the Texas coast, Friday night high school football ball games will be played as regularly scheduled, according to South Panola head coach Lance Pogue and North Panola head coach Clifton Davis Sr.

Schools were looking to move the games to Thursday night if thunderstorms were predicted for Friday night.

Weather for Friday is 30 percent change of rain with scattered thunderstorms.
