| March 5 Forest Davis Jr., 803 Park St., Crenshaw, is a state inmate being housed for an appearance in Circuit Court. Tracy Lamon Barksdale, 1713 Terza Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply, possession with intent, child support law violation and contempt of court- failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Clifton Hudson II, 7753 Highway 6 West, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Clarene Hardin Hudson, 5865 Highway 6 West, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Nathaniel Faulkner, 112 Gore St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with a child support lock-up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court. March 6 Jeremy D. Wright, 116 Cole Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Keitric Devon Tinnel, Squirrel Lake Rd., Darling, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and seatbelt violation. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Marvin Gene Brownlee, 207 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Tarvell D. Gleaton, 744-C Green Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and contempt of court- failure to pay fines. the case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Eddie Clerance Brewer, 844 Herron Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. March 7 Larry D. Ford, 285 Bronner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (crank) with intent. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. William Norwood Jr., 551 Edwards Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Bobby J. Smith, 201 Pecan St., Batesville, is being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Lance M. Moss, 84 Abrams Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Lakeisha M. Rudd, 233 Hayes St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Patricia Ann Burdette, 931 Rockhill Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Lashon Renee Carpenter, Jimmy Jones Trailer Park, Sardis, was arrested and charged with arson. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. March 8 Walter Frost, 527 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Joseph E. Kowalski, 1223 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court. March 9 Robert Lee House, 108 Tate St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with six counts of false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court. Larry Odell Petro, 216 Presley Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Antonio Crump, 120 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with speeding, no tag, no insurance, no driver’s license, contempt of court, resisting arrest and failure to stop. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Gregory Lee Hamilton, 314 Walnut St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Michael L. Brassell, 131-A Milam Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. March 10 David L. Byers Jr., 80 Central Ave., Monteagle, Tenn., is being held for investigation. John Michael Dishroon, Rt. 1 Box 117, Hwy. 399, Palmer, Tenn., is being held for investigation. Anthony Dewayne Marion, County Road 288, Abbeville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Calvin Donnell McCray, 131 OC Hunter Rd., Canton, was arrested and charged with DUI- refusal, no proof on insurance and leaving the scene of an accident. The case will be heard in Justice Court. March 11 James P. Fletcher, 113-B Cole Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. William Wayne Beaver, 2950 Atkinson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, no driver’s license and no seatbelt. The case will be heard in Justice Court. March 12 Jamie Donnell Wright, 840 Azzie Lee Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substances (crank and marijuana). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Marcus Tyrone Wheatley, 25643 Highway 35 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). the case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Scotty Demonth Stevenson, 25527 Highway 355 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with speeding and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Joe Lester Jr., Pegues Road, Oxford, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. |
