February 26 Tracy Roe Dye, 57 Pumping Station Rd., Scobey, was arrested and charged with forged, false or fraudulent prescription. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court. Richard Kevin Dye, 57 Pumping Station Rd., Scobey, was arrested and charged with forged, false or fraudulent prescription. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court. Santana Echols, 225 East South Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Edward Frank Booker, 906 Poplar St., Grenada, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, no driver’s license, no seatbelt and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Charles Gene Hill, 2646 Bell Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with DUI-second offense and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court. February 27 Matthew Lynn Taylor, 93 Kimes Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. February 28 Sabastian King, 777 County Road 75, New Albany is serving 10 days for DUI-second offense. Johnny Wayne Alread, 220 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with seven counts of false pretenses. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Edward Wayne Donahou Sr., 122 Krotzer Rd., Sardis, was sentenced to five years with three years suspended and two to serve. Michael L. Young, 5979-B Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court. March 1 Jeff Lee Griffis, 128 Snider Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Roger H. Bessinger, P.O. Box 381, Crowder, is being held for a custody writ. The case will be heard in Chancery Court. Anthony C. Newman, 211 East St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with armed robbery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Larry J. Mosier, 2037 State St., Apt. A, Granite City, Ill., is a state inmate being housed at the jail. Robert McMillen, 595 Woodland Hills, Columbus, is a state inmate being housed at the jail. Robert Sutton, 318 Mills St., Lambert, is a state inmate being housed at the jail. Careco Poole, 2070 Rock Hill Rd., Starkville, is a state inmate being housed at the jail. Michael F. James, 121 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court. March 2 Jamilah M. Frost, 441 Union St., Grenada, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Laquandra Monique Harper, 514 Union St., Grenada, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Larry Taylor Jr., 414 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with uttering forgery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Lashon Renee Carpenter, Jimmy Jones Trailer Park Lot #7, Sardis, was arrested and charged with arson. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. John R. Alexander, 2173 Liberty Hill Rd., Batesville, is being held for investigation. Terry S. Jackson, 85 East Willow Rd., Sardis, was is being held for transport to Parchman. March 3 March 4 Joshua David Campbell, 3154 Baker Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Pamela L. Dogan, no address given, was arrested and charged with public drunk, possession of paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court. |
