| February 12 Aretha J. Jenkins, 155 Martin Luther King Jr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false identification and fraudulently obtaining goods. The suspect is also being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Dewayne E. Bobo, 311 Lincoln St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second offense, no insurance, no driver’s license, no seatbelt and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Mark A. Strump, 1058 Park Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. Barney E. Beasnett, 201 Butler St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. MacArthur Presley, 5979 Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Linda K. Soriana, 21374 Highway 6 East, Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Freida Stephanie Roden (Johnson), 517 McCain Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court. February 13 February 14 Kevin Devon Young, 272 Ridge Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public profanity. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Danny D. Corley, 394 Greenbriar Cir., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault by threat. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. Farrah Nichol Thompson, 76 Musgrove Rd., Batesville is being held for a mental evaluation. Tarek M. Adieh, 209 Elm Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, false information, no tag, no driver’s license and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court. Carlos A. Brassell, 956 Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Circuit Court. February 15 Terry Griffin, 6716 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. James Darrell Johnson, 203 Draper St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. February 16 Arthur Charles Lyons II, 3803 Robinson Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court. February 17 John Lemax Jr., 206 Oak Ave., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court. Michael Aron Sparks, 7062 Highway 51 North, Pope, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. Calvin Wilbourn, 201 Wilbourn Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation. |
