October 23
Reginald Cortez Kirkwood, 228 Henry Harris Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with a violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

October 24
Marshall S. Crossgrove, 436 Rosalyn St., Charleston, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ronald Biggers Jr., 1792 Curtis-Locke Station Rd., was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Randall Elwood Toney, 14881 Highway 51 North, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tyrone Wilson, 934 Second St., Marks, is being held for investigation.

Lou Arthur Thomas, 319 Jackson Rd., Lexington, was arrested on a bond surrender for felony possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Dustin Anthony Dupree, 320 Woods Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Steven Maurice Toliver Jr., 207 Watts St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Travis Darnell Lee, 226 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation? failure to register as a sex offender. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Joseph O. Wicks, 112 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Patrick A. Scruggs, 2173 Liberty Hill Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

David M. Herring, 230-A Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Montreal J. Turner, 114 Martinez St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ray C. Thomas, 289 Ruby Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, speeding and no insurance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Terrence T. Griffin, 28809 Highway 17 North, Lexington, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jeffery Lee Rhodes, 113 North Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, no driver’s license and careless driving. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Katrina Armstrong, 10 Moon St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with simple assault and is being held for questioning. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
