September 1
Stephania Renae Freeman, 47 Murphy Ridge Road, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-failure to comply, domestic violence-simple assault and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brenda Lee Pettis, 307 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ellis Spencer Thompson, 1085 McKinny Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-second offense, careless driving, driving while license suspended and no insurance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jason W. Holloway, 2586 Sardis Lake Dr., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mitchell R. Daniel, 119 File Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretense and disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Austin Edward McIver, 1773 Newingta Cove, Southaven, was arrested and charged with false pretenses, disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol by a minor. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kathy Jackson Andrews, 106 Normandy St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Barry Fynell Lockett, 816 Alabo St., New Orleans, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dustan B. Aldridge, 28 Yellow Leaf Cir., Chelsea, Ala., was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jason Timothy Brunner, 15 County Road 309, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Randall Kurt Ivy, 1594 Brown’s Ferry Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

September 3
Edmond Jerome Palmer, 2840 Sherawisy Court, Jackson, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Michael Wayne Conner, 1088 Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy Black, 424 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Calvin Leroy Market, 3408-B Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

September 4
Patrick M. Bray, 7420 Byhalia Rd., Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lisa Allison Stovall, 7420 Byhalia Rd., Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with drunk and disorderly. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Justin D. Davis, 4078 Chapel Town Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mary Marlene Manning, 721 Martin Luther King Jr. Circle, Oxford, was arrested and charged with speeding and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

September 5
Eddie Lovies Fondren, 311 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of paraphernalia, no driver’s license and no insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jeremy D. Partridge, 103 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Peggy M. Cole, 218-A Pollard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with 10 counts of uttering forgery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James E. Latham, 129 Caroline Rd., Strayhorn, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no insurance and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Morris R. Goss, 6911 Atalla Rd., Vaiden, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-crystal meth, possession of paraphernalia and radar detector in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Leslie H. Shields, 238 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

September 6
Herman Callicutt, 878 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johnathan B. Sewell, 54 Willow Cove, Pope, was arrested and charged with four counts of burglary, two counts grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Allan P. Smith, 791 Enid Dam Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with four counts of burglary, two counts of grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Bobby Park, 848 Riverview Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. He is also being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Titus Deshawn Sample, 1632 Grand Casino Parkway, Robinsonville, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, speeding, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of paraphernalia in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

September 7
Ellis Hyatt Jr., homeless, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Johnathan Swindoll, 3503 Dummyline Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with threatening phone calls, malicious mischief, stalking and false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

September 8
Charles Bryant Smith, 10597 Old Highway 45, Lauderdale, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-crystal meth, possession of paraphernalia, DUI-other substance and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John Christian Roberts, 240 Marlio Dr., Sliedel, La., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joani K. Gordon, 11 Dogwood Cir., Batesville, is being housed at the jail for an appearance in Circuit Court.

Earnest L. Gleaton, 180 Gleaton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with disregard to a traffic device and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Barbara Denise Moak, 222 Forrest Dr., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a business. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

JoAnn Thompson, 300 Camille St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk, possession of marijuana and disturbance of a business. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rodriguz K. Young, 1732 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Mathew Quentin Mehan, 175 Gleaton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Titus T. Holman, 2100-A Shiloh Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

September 9
Stacy Santana Pruett, 117 Martin Luther King Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Daniel Lee Burns, 614 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license, no insurance, loud music and trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dean David Petit, 5801 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Malcom Benson, 124 Martinez St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Elizabeth Cardyne Pinkston, 269 Tocowa Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license, no insurance, careless driving and DUI-refused test. She must also serve 90 days in jail for previous charges. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

September 10
Russell Lee Fondren, 1261 Tom Cooper Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to appear. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Alexander Weldon Ray, 1046 Carlisle Rd., Courtland is being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Phillip Brinson, 412 North 23rd St., Parsons, Kan., is being held for investigation.

Joseph Edward Smith, 2242 Vassar Rd., Pope, is being held for investigation.
