Editor’s note: The following is a list of arrests logged at the David M. Bryan Justice Complex over the past week. Appearance on the jail log is not indicative of guilt, merely a record that an arrest has been made.
   
August 14
Tammy L. Maddox, 45 County Road 523, Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, failure to comply, disturbance of a business and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry O’Brian Stewart, 892 Askew Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Roy Gene McGhee, 130 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Shanna Michelle Ennis, 328 Camille St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with felony child abuse. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 15
Javier Marquez, 1565 Ales Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Clinton Earl Sartin, 154 Front St., Pope, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Charles Gene Hill, 2646 Bell Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kedrick Kevon Norwood, 1385 Rock Hill Rd., Sardis, is being held for investigation.

August 16
Charlie Heath, 202 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Chester Rogers, 468 McClide Road West, Como, is being held for investigation.

Thomas W. Watkins, 217 Pearson St., Batesville, is being held for a meeting with attorney Clay Vanderburg.

C.B. Harris, 164 County Road 216, Houston, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joyce H. Tippery, 25 Ford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and will serve 90 days for contempt of court.

August 17
Adrian L. Harris, 356-B Will Stewart St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with speeding (47/35) and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Christopher D. Key, 171-C Harmon Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing, burglary and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dennis A. McKnight, 314 South Eureka St., Greenville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Cardaroy E. Tyler, 1498 Pondorosa Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (Xanax), no driver’s license, DUI-other substance and improper turn. The case will be heard in Justice court.

Kathy D.W. Johnson, 276 Mimosa Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, no inspection sticker, leaving the scene of an accident, improper passing and switched tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeremy Partridge, 103 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 18
Cordell Gardner Jr., 435 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with burglary. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Cordatte Lindell Mottley, 303 Railroad St., Lot 23, Como, was arrested and charged with burglary. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Michael Wright, 381 O.B. McClinton Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with burglary. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Keisha L. Curry, 5779-B Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with uttering forgery and false pretenses. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Gail Marie Collins, 315 Mt. Olivet Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Andrew Burton, 799 Belmont Rd., Apt. 48, Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and disorderly conduct-failure to comply. He is also being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Alan Ray Doss, 297 Trimble Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal, expired tag, no proof of insurance and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tony Allen Stacks, 218 Goliath Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 19
Clayton Thomas Adams, 10400 Highway 613, Moss Point, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

LaTasha R. Allen, 207 Lewers Dr., Como, was arrested and charged with burglary. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

John Robert Simmons, 8605 Davidson Rd., Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Martha Elizabeth Fortune, 4949 Mercon Rd., Cordova, Tenn., was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and no proof on insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Thad E. Boyd, 769 Section 5 Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Roger Hugh Bessinger, 48 Sleepy Creek Lane, Enid, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rogers Lynn Crosswhite, 413 Willa St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny-burglary of a dwelling. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jason Bradford Tramel, 362 Forest Dr. North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dexter M. Ellis, 7800 Dummyline Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David E. Simpson, 84-C Azzie Lee Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with public drunk and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marco B. Goings, 106 Nelson St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 20
M.L. Chapman, 313-A Butler Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony fleeing, driving while license suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jeffrie Leonard Johnson, 18505 Highway 315, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-third offense, failure to stop, resisting arrest, reckless driving, no insurance, driving while license suspended-implied consent, running a stop sign and no seatbelt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Nancy Rochelle House, 202 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal court.

Calvin L. Smith, 240-A, Martin Luther King Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
