August 7
Melissa A. Turner, 200 Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dennis A. Poret, 4183 Truman Ave., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Fredrick E. Street, 303 Audrey Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with speeding (40/25), no insurance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Russell A. Taylor, 129 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Barbara Joyce Hutchens, 180598 Highway 51, Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Patty L. Morris, 8300 Old Forge Rd., Southaven, was arrested and charged with speeding (71/55), driving while license suspended, no inspection sticker and no proof of insurance.

Bernice Millsap, 211 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Cashandra Demetria Cosby, 309 Arizona St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Brandon Charles Frederick, 902 Red Hill Cir., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Justin Scott Frederick, 902 Red Hill Cir., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sandra Ruth Cauthen, 4561 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Eddie Thomas Cook, 2242 Leslie Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ketrick Davan Dean, 105 Pocahontas East, Sardis, was arrested and charged with trespassing and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

August 9
Kerry Jermaine Merrell, 413 Jones St., Apt. 14, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

James D. Lewis, 5315 Macedonia Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William Buck, 1715 Armstead Jones Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brenda Hunt, 185 East Third St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

C. J. Poole, 15710 Highway 315 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with armed robbery. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Marlo Vontrail Renix, 329 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with armed robbery. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Clay Woodruff, 476 Plum Pointe Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with possession on paraphernalia, expired driver’s license, no insurance and no seatbelt.

Marvin Trent Smith, 213 North St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply and disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

August 10
Carleton Bruce Lewis, 222 North State St., Champaign, Ill., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Walter Frost, 427 Mt. Level Rd., Como, was held for investigation.

Anthony C. Crump, 78 Coon Butler Rd., was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tony T. Jones, 299 Redbud, Oakland, is being held for an evaluation.

August 11
Dustin Anthony Dupree, 320 Woods Rd., Pope, was arrested and charge with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Travis K. Tidwell, 2011 8th St., Pascagoula, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Casandra R. Gibson, 1009-C Alonzo Gibson Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contributing to the neglect of a child. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Herman Stevenson, 59 Front St., Lula, was arrested and charged with child abuse. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Aston Carshon Hentz, 109 Lester St., Apt. 34, Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and disregard for a traffic light. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

David D. Ballard, 1050 Mile Lake Rd., Sledge, was arrested and charged with false information. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lynette S. Hibbler, 309 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with trespassing and destruction of property. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Darren T. Jones, 287 Atkins St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with false information and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Clifton E. Tatum Jr., 215 CR 106 Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

August 13
William Scotty Moore, Goodhope Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
