Editor’s note: The following is a list of arrests logged at the David M. Bryan Justice Complex over the past week. Appearance on the jail log is not indicative of guilt, merely a record that an arrest has been made.
July 24
Germaine M. Williams, 88 Henry Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Timyatta S. Smalley, 6499 Saddle Back Cir., Memphis, Ten., was arrested and charged with violation of house arrest. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Clarence Howard III, 1020 O.B. McClinton Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Cornell Addison, 206 Oak Harvest Dr., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with DUI- second offense, no seatbelt, no child restraint, no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Melissa H. Brown, 259 Lafferty Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Edward Little, 202-A Franklin St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, public drunk and open container. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Gordon L. Webb, 217 McLaurin St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense and open container. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jeremy Dernell Wright, 116 Cole Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disregard to a traffic device and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kevin D. Jefferson, 388 Debowen Wilson Rd., is being housed for an appearance in Circuit Court.

Charles A. Ford, 103 Everette St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Cynthia Edge, 915 Third St., Lambert, was arrested and charged with making threatening phone calls. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Tyrone Market, 3946 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation and possession of crack cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Robert Earl Boggy, 60 Lafferty Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended- implied consent. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 27
Charles Edward Orr Jr., 209-C Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence- simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Gwendolyn Shonetta Haynes, 209-C Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence- simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James L. Wooten Jr., 512 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Shane M. Ennis, 328 Camille St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Danny J. Robberts, 2510 Hughes Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence- aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy Leon Taylor, 171 Panola Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, contempt of court, no insurance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christopher Jaymal Whitten, 117 Perkins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert C. Harris, 112 Hall St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

July 28
Douglas Tutor, 32 Bell Rd., Pope, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Antonio K. Boyce, 890 Smart Rd., Como, is being held for the Tate County Sheriff’s Office.

Terry L. Moore, 1241 McGowen St., Southaven, was arrested and charged with failure to comply with terms of a bench warrant (pre-trial intervention). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Bruce Allen Johnson, 72 Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct- failure to comply and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Lee Turner, 686 Herron Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Cotrez Lamont Turner, 107 Mill St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenneth Williams, 88 Henry Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Virginia Wilbourn, 102 Wilbourn Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jose Roberto Garcia, 2078 Red Bud Ln., Memphis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no tag and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Wesley S. Bryant, 2882 John Branch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, no driver’s license, expired tag and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Calvin E. Faulkner, 121 Cox St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Grady L. Pitcock, 1264 Whitten Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and contempt of Como Municipal Court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 31
Rosalind Ann Joiner, 123 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
