July 10
Clarence Ward, 155 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 11
Peterrio Harris, 710 Letha Wiley Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Adren D. Taylor, 18924 Highway 315 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Marcus D. House, 306 Arizona St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession or marijuana and possession of crack cocaine. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Derrick D. Small, 106 Jones St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jimmy D. Graham, 186 Forest Dr. North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Takeedra S. Gordon, 431 Cuttier St., Lambert, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 12
Anthony Johnson, 442 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI-other substance, driving while license suspended, possession of paraphernalia and open container. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Perry D. Poole, 113-C Cole Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marco T. Lamar, 101 Tindall Cove, Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance with intent and possession of a weapon by a felon. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

David L. Smith, Westwinds Townhouse, Horn Lake, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Mario L. Walls, 1120 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with sale of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 13
Terry T. Faulkner, 340 T.S. Hill Hodo Rd., Sledge, is being held for investigation.

Forrest A. Williams, 1095 Highway 3, Crenshaw, is being held for investigation.

Robin L. Small, 2400 Spring Hill Rd., Crenshaw, is being held for investigation.

Tiffany Garner, 215 Oil Mill Rd. Apt. 8, Sumner, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joani K. Gordon, 11 Dogwood Cir., Sardis, is being housed for an appearance in Circuit Court.

July 14
Marcus D. Phillips, 403 Warren St., Como, was indicted by the grand jury. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Littlerun Wilson, 109 Percyville St., Sardis, is a state inmate to be transferred to Parchman. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tarvell D. Gleaton, 744 C. Green Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended-implied consent and switched tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Andre D. Middleton, 260 Greenbriar Cir., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no seatbelt and stalking. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenisha Trantham, 2278 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Eddie Wilbourn, 24057 Highway 310 East, Como, is a state inmate from Parchman who is here to work.

Odell White, 11 Elm Cir., Charleston, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James B. Beavers, 117 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Reginald Terry, 242 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, public drunk and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Trisha Armstrong, 86-D Willow Rd., Sardis, was arrested and jailed on a child support lock-up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Anterrio Q. Glover, 57 Rodgers Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

James E. Lewis, 108 Bradford St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Demetrius Lamar, 403 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and DUI-first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon A. Anderson, 3660 Camille St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert J. Harris, 141 Dogwood Cir., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt, DUI-second offense, careless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Calvert D. Smith, 114 Dora St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Bobby L. Smalley, 74 Main St., Courtland, is being held for investigation.

Kevin B. Conner, 1159-A Lawrence Bros. Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tracy Lamon Barksdale, 119 1/2 Field St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false information. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

MacArthur Presley, 1800 Hammond Hill Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Aaron T. Shaw, 114 Dogwood Dr., Gulfport, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license and running a stop sign. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Carol Ann Baker, 644 James Crouch Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Archie Nathan Joiner, 644 James Crouch Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 16
Corey Lenard Moore, 312 Elm Ave., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with speeding (81/70), felony possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Demario Martinez Jones, 1046 Precient Dr., Tunica, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dirrico D. Morgan, 274 Munford St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Deaungelos M. Artis, 1074 East McLemore St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Monica Love, 1693 Beaver Trail Drive, Cordova, Tenn., is being held for investigation.

Kentrell Towan Wiley, 667 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of petit larceny, loud music, no driver’s license, escape and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jose Felix Ramirez, 335 Shamrock Dr., Apt. 6G, Batesville, was arrested and charged with boating under the influence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Veronica Shanell Roberson, 330 Hays St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply, resisting arrest and harboring. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 17
Brian Earl Ray, 1180 Riverview Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony fleeing, grand larceny, failure to yield, reckless driving, no driver’s license, no seatbelt, no proof of insurance, failure to signal, loud music and malicious mischief.
