July 3
Mitzi Kay Dunn, 60-B Rowsey Rd., Water Valley, is being held for a mental evaluation.

Bobby Osborn, 301 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Derick Jermaine Shaw, Luscious Talyor Road, Como, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory Terrell Wilkins, 77 Parkway Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, DUI- first offense and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Eric Williams, 58 Earnestine Turner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Marlo Cortez Dunnigan, 501 Highway 51 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Travis Elbert Bell, 302 Kornegay St., Batesville, is being held for investigation.

Joe Jesus Suarez, 302 Kornegay St., Batesville, is being held for investigation.

Juan Serrato Fuentes, 332 Hays St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Derrick Smith, 3408-B Eureka Rd., Batesville, is being held for investigation.

July 5
Justin L. Fletcher, 712 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Morgan S. Duncan, 211 Weston Rd., Batesville, was sentenced to alcohol and drug rehab. The case was heard in Chancery Court.

Randal O. Pope, 916 Elbert Smith Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, disregard for stop sign and no insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marcus J. Oliver, 1607 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jeremy Mayer, 1216 Terza Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with stalking. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 6
Eric L. Hunter, 4525 Dunlap Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Janicholas V. Scott, 206 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violating early release supervision. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jerry E. Madkins, 110 North Ave., Crenshaw, served five days for the Crenshaw Police Department.

July 7
Terrell Adair, 7665 Eureka Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family, public drunk and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jimmy Dale Redwine, 144-B East Carter St., Sardis, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Margo M. Williams, 3443 Curtis Rd., Batesville, is being held for Riverside, Calif.

Karrince K. Patterson, 808 Goodman St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Melvin J. Chandler Jr., 38703 Highway 315, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Nathaniel Faulkner, 112 Gore St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 8
Tyrone Jones, 5037 Landfill Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and switched tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ella L. Ramsey, 403 Lincoln St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Stephen N. Finch, 318 Westmoreland Circle, Batesville, was arrested and charged with stalking and simple assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jeremy Dewayne Johnson, 135 Johnson Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense. The case will be heard in the Justice Court.

Percy Kentrell Roberson, 413 Jones St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 9
Maurice Conley, 4131 Luscious Taylor Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Jacqueline Renae Smith, 108-C Bradford St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt and driving while license suspended.

Fredrick K. Black, 410 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Trevor J. Tutor, 181 Baird Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Stephanie R. Freeman, 47 Murphy Ridge, Batesville, is being held for investigation.

Lawrence Robert Raymond, 1631 30th St., Tampa, Fla., is being held for Florida.

Terry Savalas Jackson, 85 East Willow Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with sale of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Melanie Taylor Rose, 3572 Mt. Olivet Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Phillip Lawrence Rose, 38 East Railroad Ave., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffery Scott Clark, 9785 Pritchard Rd., Tunica, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jason Jarod Bobo, 107 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with carjacking and simple assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Michael Hollis, 1137 Atterbury Circle, Southaven, was arrested and charged with DUI- second offense, no insurance and suspended driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
