Otis M. Porter, 170 Able Chapel Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with sale of crack cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Percy K. Roberson, Atkinson Road, Batesville, was arrested and charged with buglary and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Royrekes B. Porter, 13927-A Highway 315, Sardis, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory McAllister, 221 Atkins St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Lee Andrew Crump, 18810 Hwy. 51 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tiffany D. Heffner, 4726 Pleasant Grove, Como, is here on a bench warrant for a Grand Jury Indictment. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kelvin D. Bradley, 434 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Joseph A. Morrow, 433 Mimosa St., Pope, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of minor. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rodney Roydell Holliday, 720 Letha Wiley Ave., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, improper equipment and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ericka Lana Johnson, Batesville, was charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Patrick Earl Lewis, 5103 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Debra Kay Keel, 107 Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply and abuse of 911 call line. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Willingham, 235 Old State Coach, Batesville, was arrested and charged with improper equipment, driving while license suspended and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

June 29
William Alwyn Lowe, 400 Hightower St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief, improper equipment, crossing center line, DUI-refusal and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Michael Joel Covington, 362 Forest Dr., Sardis, is being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections and probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Terrall Adair, 7665 Eureka Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of the peace.

Lucas Laron Armstrong, 29 Westside Park Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Cherrica Andella Wright, 3541 Nash Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary, petit larceny and bond surrender. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Anita Sue Tidwell, 367 S. Church St., Jonestown, was arrested and charged with forged, fase or fraudulent prescriptions. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Thomas Harvey, 190 Bill Wallace Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with selling stolen property. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William Charles Malone Jr., 920 Pine Lake Dr., Batesville, is being held for investigation.

Jeremy Terrell Harris, 69 A Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of a controlled substance, no seat belt, no proof of insurance and violation of probation. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

William M. Watson, 2328 Dexter Avenue, Memphis, is being held for investigation.

Emma Hughley, 309 Atkins St., Sardis, is being held for Lee County mental hospital.

Albert Eason, 3618 Main St., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Kenardo M. Callicut, 106 Booker T. St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jesus Perez, 2110 Parkway, Hernando, was arrested and charged with no inspection sticker, no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Troy Mosley, 4819 Lyle Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Johnny Mays, 436 Dean Town Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie Houston, 1120 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI (second). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Chester Wooten, 211 Hwy. 51 South, Como, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eric L. Cathey, 116 Lawrence Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding, no proof of insurance and public profanity. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Evan S. Joseph, 242 Old Sledge Crenshaw Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI, 100 m.p.h. in a 55 and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Demarkqueset Bledsoe, 249 South Levee St., Grenada, is being held for investigation.

Ashley G. McClary, 299 Lisa Circle, Madison, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Olga Sherenkov, 934 North Pearl St., Tacoma, Wash., was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

A.J. Boyce, 52 Atkins St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense-refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Patrick Holliday, 1255 Mt. Levee Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Marcha A. Johnson, 448 County Rd. 471, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Donald Van Dye, 1420 Grant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and leaving the scene. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry D. Fuqua, 200 Calvary Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Enrique Rodriguez, 1437 Spartan Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with non-resident fishing license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon O. Cook, 424 CR 167, Coffeeville, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Lynn Shields, 1957 Hughes Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ricky T. Redd, 42 Barnacre Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assualt by threat. The case will be heard in Justice Court. He is also being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
