David Little Jr., 1043 Sullivant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Charity S. Patterson, 110 Levee St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Charles David Gilbert, 3038 Benson Rd., Pope, is being held for investigation.

Michael Anthony Keeton Jr., 1162 Morrow Rd., Courtland, is being held for a mental evaluation. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Sandra J. Krueger, 8102 Highway 6 West, Batesville, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James E. Williams, Otto Sanford Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Daniel Wade Floyd, 1413 North Park Dr., Greenwood, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance-cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Timothy Key, 190-B Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Randy Lamar, 771 Lee Jennings Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Jessie J. Wilbourn, 211 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jason A. Kitchekeg, 204 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Johnny T. Jackson, Highway 51 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Henry George Harvey, 2401 North 64th St., Kansas City, Kan., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.

Vicki L. Hicks, 209-D Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana-less than one ounce. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Johnathan K. Adair, 208 Sarah Dickens Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with speeding (68/55), suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John F. Collins, 4996 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, no insurance, failure to stop for blue lights and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Alisha S. Bland, 438 Teasdale Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gloria B. Webster, 134 King Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
