June 5
Stephanie Lang, 5503 Dummyline Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joseph Layne Lawson, 1180 River View Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with taking away a motor vehicle without authority. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

David Little Jr., 1034 Sullivant Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William Norwood Jr., 337 Hernando St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with trespassing, conspiracy and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

June 7
Yolaenda Y. Bobo, 13 Earnestien Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting – second offense (serve 30 days). The case will be heard Batesville Municipal Court.

Monica McKinney, 1303-A Hentz Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with false ID information – second offense (serve 10 days). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Calvert Demon Smith, 114 Dora St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Heather N. Doan, 148 Norwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, careless driving, no proof of insurance and seatbelt violation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Benjamin Murphey, 226 1/2 Pollard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI – second offense, driving while license suspended – implied consent and no seatbelt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Daniel Hartman, 2428 St. James St., Greenville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Magoalena Vargas, 1890 Mallard Pointe Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ricky L. Walton, 61-A Key Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with careless driving and no seatbelt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Scotty L. Thomas, 317-D Patton Ln., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

June 8
Lamarcus Heffner, 12871 Ballentine Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, simple assault and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court and Justice Court.

Keith Cortrell Miller, 28 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Airen Paige Williams, 8322 Highway 35 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and contempt – failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jeffery Lee Norwood, 212 Lincoln St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to pay fines, no driver’s license, no insurance, no seatbelt and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Minnie Bell Perry, 1487 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, expired tag, no seatbelt and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Charles William Armstead, 72 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lavonzelle Hill, 414 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael H. Liron Wilson, 313 Percyville St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

April Shantory Hibbler, 309 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eric Henderson, 818 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, careless driving and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sandra Kay Faulkner, 237 Hickory Lane, Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and making an improper turn. the case will be heard in Justice Court.

Quincy Cortez Hibbler, 309 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI – third offense, no insurance, driving while license suspended – implied consent and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Francisco Herrera, 2622 West Jackson Ave., Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI – refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jamarr Vontay Smith, 210 Gordon Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Farmer, 604 Wilson St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no seatbelt, no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended and DUI – second offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

June 11
Treando P. Collins, 1110 Louis Rd., Tunica, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

George L. Smith, 1445 Denton Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with DUI – first offense, suspended driver’s license, expired inspection, no tag and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Clardis E. Galloway, 1243 CR 124, Water Valley, is being held for investigation.

Randal O. Pope, 91-G Elbert Smith Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James C. Woodruff, 692 Bynum Rd., Water Valley, is being held for investigation.

Angela Everett, 115 Bay Oaks Dr., Bay St. Louis, was arrested and charged with DUI – first offense, no seatbelt and domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kenneth Charles Everett, 115 Bay Oaks Dr., Bay St. Louis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana – less than one ounce. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Slade, 914 James Dr. Apt. 9, Park Hill, Mo., was arrested and charged with false information, DUI – first offense and suspended license – implied consent. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Derrick Dewayne Small, 706 West Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI – first offense, speeding and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
