Margaret A. McCoy, 2107 Winchester Circle, Bartlett, Tenn., was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Joshua Zacharias Jr., 7020 N. East Echo Court, Newport, Ore., was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, no seat belt and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in justice court.

Haime M. Montanez, 4740 N. Hwy. 51 Building No. 3 Apt. 105, Southaven, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in circuit court.

Ira James Orange, 302 CR 105, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI, open container and domestic violence. The case will be heard in Sardis municipal court.

Pam Dormeashelia Burton, 307 Church St. Ext., Como, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in justice court.

May 18
Joshua David Fountain, 417 Main St., Columbus, was arrested and charged with assault on an officer, DUI and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in justice court.

Eric J. Lovell, 163 Chief Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in circuit court.

Lenisha S. Fox, 25099 Hwy. 35 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a building. The case will be heard in circuit court.

Demetrius D. Lamar, 403 W. Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen gun and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. The case will be heard in circuit court.

Joshua J. Caldwell, 3662 Ardmore, Memphis, was arrested and charged with forged prescription. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Charles E. Manns Jr., 2827 Beechmont, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with forged prescription. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Larry Wilkins Jr., 521 Hunters Run Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with DUI and careless driving. The case will be heard in justice court.

Brentlee J. Gentry, 195 Ridge Crest, Pope, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Billy J. Lee, 217 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Brian L. Cook, 710 Carlisle Rd, Courtland, was arrested and charged with burglary. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Susan D. Cook, 710 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact.

Jerry L. Cook, 204 West Lee St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI (third), no driver’s license, careless driving and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Sardis municipal court.

Larry Taylor Jr., 414 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with petit larceny and contempt. The case will be heard in justice court.

James R. Miller, 5336 Sportsman Dr., Nesbit, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in justice court.

Clarence E. White, 157 Joe Brown Rd., Sledge, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Crenshaw municipal court.

Ronnie D. Robertson, 1370 E. Railroad St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Jermaine Wright, 1937 Woodruff Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.

Carlos T. Hernandez, 4286 Tchulahoma Rd., Memphis, was arrested and charged with reckless driving. The case will be heard in justice court.

Gregory Coleman, 1813 Belmont Rd., Sardis, is being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The case will be heard in circuit court.

Archie M. Love, 1051 Lawrence Brothers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in justice court.

Derrick L. Collins, 81 Love Ave., Crowder, is being held for investigation.

Shelia D. Pride, 2230 Pride Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no seat belt, improper equipment and no child restraint. The case will be heard in Pope municipal court.

Danny L. Caine, 3476 Macedonia Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with expired driver’s license, DUI and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in justice court.

William B. Callis II, 1724 Lake Grassland West, Gallatin, Tenn., was arrested and charged with DUI and speeding. The case will be heard in justice court.

Julanie A. Robinson, 210 Fisher St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville municipal court.
