April 10
Roderick T. Brooks, 332 Fairview Rd., Charleston, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Curtis W. Rogers Jr., 329 Hwy. 51 North, Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and stalking. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit court.

Ragan Tyrell Kendrick, 816 Old Hwy. 15 South, Ellisville, is a state inmate.

Melvin Clark Jr., 112 Lawson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false identifying information, speeding and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Lester K. Irby, 8620 Old Hwy. 61, Tunica, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kenesha S. Braxton, 318 Panola Ave., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James L. Little, 902 Smart Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James L. Armstrong, 7612 Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with careless driving and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Angela Shanta Petty, 28717 Hwy. 51 North, Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Ricky Dean Glosson, 12741 Ballentine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with careless driving and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

April 12
Raheem Raphael Jones, 6231 Lennox Ave., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and is being held for Minnesota for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Nathan O. Harris, 194-A Fogg Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to obey child support law. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Larry T. Holliday, 720 Letha Wiley Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of marijuana, and is being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Joyce Herron Tippery, 25 Ford Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

April 13
Roderick D. Griffin, 251 Randall Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with three counts of burglary, petit larceny and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tavish Smith, 112 Gore St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Christy N. Moudy, 2788 Barnacre Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rachael M. Partain, 1216 Terza Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joseph E. Henderson, 2000 Blue Goose Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with speeding and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Demarcus S. Thomas, 331 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Carl Edward Epps, 61 Green Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce and possession of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jarred Heath Woodruff, 119 Apple Dr., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lucas Lorenzo Holts, 63 Pin Oak Lane, Senatobia, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and expired inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tommy Montanna Rogers, 7243 Park Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no child restraint and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert Reed, 325 Church St., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI (second) and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Darren Dewayne Moore, 414 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Billy L. Smith III, 324 North Main St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI (second) and expired inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Albert W. Kennedy, 2400 Parks Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tyron Nion Whitten, 117 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI (second), no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and disorderly conduct – failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James W. Smith, 206 Butler St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gary Wayne Thacker, 709 West Lee St., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, failure to yield to blue lights and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Charles W. McGee, 209 Musgrove Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with child molestation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Neveia S. Simmons, 74 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and expired tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Cameron L. Winfield, 325 W. Gilmore St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with open container, no driver’s license and contempt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Brandon S. Rhines, 7039 Hampton Dr., Horn Lake, was arrested and charged with DUI (refusal), no proof of insurance and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joey T. Gullick III, 45 CR 376, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with DUI and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Mark Eugene Freeman, 3425 East Tate Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with DUI and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy Dean Sonderman, 169 Forrest Dr. South, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Richard Bryant Talley, 30 Marilyn Ave., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Deshun Ronea Hamilton, 1550 Leland St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Theron Williham, 1118 Redhill Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI (other) and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Robert Andre Harris, 1618 Jones St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Debbie Vaughn, 2865 Curtis Lot Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Odell Bulter Jr., 2104 18th Ave. Broadview, Ill., was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

April 16
Ray Morris Herrington Jr., 3702 Union Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Willie Lee Martin, 309 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Tracy W. Williams, 375-A Tubbs Rd., Batesville, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James L. Henderson, 5335 Chapel Town Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI (third), no driver’s license and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Charles Thomas Martin, 5625 Hwy. 51 South, Pope, was arrested and charged with speeding, no proof of insurance, expired tag, no driver’s license, careless driving and failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johnathan Lee Morris, 21374 Hwy. 6 East, Batesville, was arrested and charged with speeding, no proof of insurance, expired tag, no driver’s license, careless driving and failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Justin Randle Crockett, 177 Smith Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
