October 24
Curtis W. Wellington, Rural Route 1, Box 67, Gobler, Mo., was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of more than 250 doses of pseudoephedrin. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Dunn Lynn Redden, 19369 Eugene Rd., Harrisburg, Ark., was arrested and charged with possession of more than 250 doses of pseudoephedrin. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jimmy Wayne Sparks, 20363 Hwy. 14 East, Harrisburg, Ark., was arrested and charged with possession of more than 250 doses of pseudoephedrin. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.

Anthony Salem Long, 1683 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with possession of a concealed weapon, aggravated assault on a police officer and burglary of a commercial building. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Oct. 25
Katie Jean Johnson, 315 Travis Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Pamela Bolton, 214 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and is being held for a mental evaluation. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Nedra C. Dandridge 605 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy, one count of offenses by a registrar and one count of voter fraud. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Cleve Gale Sr., 317 Railroad St., Como, was arrested and charged with one count of conspiracy and three counts of voter fraud. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kedrick T. Sanford, 93 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and transported to Parchman. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jessie M. Barnett, 1760 Freeman Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with two counts of bribery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Raymond D. Boyce, 1760 Freeman Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted bribery. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Terry Griffin, 6716 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Brett A. Boyette, 1090 Hadorn Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Marlo V. Renix, 329 Green Hill Cir., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary and simple assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jarvis C. Poole, 1517 Highway 315 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with robbery and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Daryl Stokes, 805 Jones St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Anthony Harris, 705 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rodney Derrell Fondren, 2812 Seven Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenny Rodreguse Bobo, 2007-B Hardin Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Oct. 26
Jerry Anthony Harris, 101-A Ballentine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

William A. Tutor, 289 Herron Rd., Courtland, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Latiffany N. Dishmon, 213 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt and ordered to serve 30 days in jail. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Olivia S. Oliver, 119 Cox St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Anthonie J. Henderson, 818 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana – less than one ounce and disorderly conduct- failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Germaine M. Williams, 88 Henry Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, disturbing the peace and felony failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joseph F. Cheney, 673 North 14 St., Oxford, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jerry Lee Campbell, 1751 Hwy. 30 East, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI- second offense, expired tag, driving while license suspended and no insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael A. Brassell, 166 Fudgetown Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with expired tag, no driver’s license and possession of a concealed weapon by a felon. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Ramona J. Wheeler, 238 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Brady M. Freeman, 1394 Peppermill Rd., Southaven, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Angela T. Wright, 523 Pope-Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Desiree Kirby, 113 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marqus Fletcher, 712 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Debra L. Banks, 2112 Deloris Dr., Oxford, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timmy E. Crocker, 437 McNolty Dr., Oakland, was arrested and charged with running a stop sign, suspended driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Antonio L. Wright, 139-A Todd Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Demetric E. Williams, 455 N. Liberty Hill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jeremy T. Harris, 69-A Wilbourn Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license and switched tag. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy D. Lathan, 405 S. Waverly St., Charleston, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license- implied consent and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Paul B. Lang, 2025 Looxahoma-Tyro Rd., Senatobia, was present for court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Deddrick T. Ford, 2074 Morrow Rd., Courtland, was present for court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kerrick D. Hughes, 4727 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was present for court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jonathan Fisher, 734 Fairview St., Jackson, was arrested and charged with speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Leland K. Ales, 60 Still Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

George Stinson, 1152 Hwy. 51 South, Courtland, was arrested and charged with switched tag, suspended driver’s license and no insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Clifford Lee Davis, 2742 Sweet Flag Rd., Southaven, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rico Vondell Jackson, 339 Cauthen Cir., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Ivory Joe James, 121 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Colin Childs White, 2390 Sparts St., Holcomb, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John W. McKie, 202 Calvary St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Percy Brown, 530 East Holly St., Charleston, was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tony Lee Roshell, 235 Dandridge St., Ripley, Tenn., was arrested and charged with DUI-first offense, no proof of insurance and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lee Curtis Patterson, 3403 Ben Bor Dr., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with running a stop sign and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

Mayo Nancy McCain, 128 Bird Huston Rd., Charleston, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines, driving while license suspended, false information, speeding and no tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Joe W. Young, 2805 1/2 Gamble St., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested and charged with suspended driver’s license and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jason A. Stevenson, 2234 John Branch Rd., Batesville, was held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gary W. Harris, P.O. Box 418 Crowder, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Danny A. Raymond, 4417 West Mt. Carmel Rd., Bailey, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Perry F. Gallup, 2306 Evening View Dr., Memphis, was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johnnie Lee Youngblood, 407 Alcorn St., Como, was arrested and charged with false pretense, Failure to appear and bond surrender. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Prentiss Lashun Johnson, 350 South St., Grenada, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Curtis Lee Garrett, 1332 Mary Jane Ln., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with DUI- first offense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Eddie Lewis Fondren, 173 Field St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court- failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesvile Municipal Court.

Robert Barksdale Jr., 42 Greenbriar Cir., Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Terry Terance Dodd, 934-A Plum Point Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
