September 26
Cesar R. Marquez, 4687 Summer Lane, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with DUI (first), no driver’s license and no inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

September 27
Preston Gleeton Jr., 310 E.Q. Gleeton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with DUI (second) and served 10 days. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Andrew H. Silverman, 6505 Old Fort Bayou Rd., Ocean Springs, was arrested and charged with DUI (other), possession of marijuana and expired inspection sticker. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eddie Wilbourn, 24057 Hwy. 310 E., Como, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, failure to stop for blue lights and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

September 28
Randall Morris Lannet, 1212 C. Lemaster Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Andrew James Gromaski, 1312 C. Lemaster Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tiffany L. Smallie, 118 Sherwood Dr., Batesville, is serving 15 days. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tiffany D. Heffner, 4266 Pleasant Grove, Como, is serving 30 days. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jonathan E. Griffin, 359 Ritherford Rd., Batesville, was transferred to the state penitentiary.

Terrance D. Chandler, 191 Love St., Crowder, was transferred to the state penitentiary.

David D. Ray, 8289 Hwy. 51 South, Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt – failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kerry Carter, 205 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, reckless driving and failure to yield to blue lights. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Nicholas U. Butler, 114 Aaton Lane, Batesville, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Catherine Newman, 211 East St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and assault on a police officer. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rufus Smith, 318 Gin, Sardis, was arrested and charged with larceny-under lease agreement and false pretense.

David Lee Black, Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Latasha Harris, 3671 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and simple asssault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ritchie J. Roberts, 125 Merritt Rd., Greenbriar, was arrested and charged with DUI (first). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

September 30
Michael M. Williams, 210 N. Santa Fe, Tulsa, Okla., is being held for investigation.

Stephanie M. Goodwin, 4127 Laverne St., Oklahoma City, Okla., is being held for investigation.

Freddie Robertson, 107 Scotdale St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Roy Lee Burks Jr., Lot 9 Ramsey Trailer Park, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Stephanie Marie Lang, 210 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Crystal D. Rooker, 2715 Welchlawn, Bartlett, Tenn., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

October 2
Luvenia Keys, 1748 Dobbs Rd., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with DUI (other), simple possession of marijuana and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Issac Draper, 83 Fudgetown Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Leslie Lewis Lipsey, 382 Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ernest Lee Ales, 1784 Goodhope Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Melvin Polk Jr., 428 Park Place Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-public profanity and contempt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
