Latayne R. Hanson, 230 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault and conspiracy aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Ricky C. Nelson, 219 Old Parcia Circle, Como, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

April 5
Rowdy W. Griffin, 2561 Hwy. 322, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-second, driving while license suspended (implied consent) and improper turn. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Bobby Osborn, 301 Duberry St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, threatening a police officer and discharging a firearm in city limits.

Corey Stewart, 171 Murpheeridge Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false pretense and bad checks. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Rory Lynn Callahand, 325 CR 42, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with DUI refusal and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timothy B. White, 3154 Joffre Ave., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia, obstructing traffic and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David K. Taylor, 404 Sycamore St., Como, was arrested and charged with manufacturing a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Mary A. Robinson, 2248 McNeely Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Richard Wayne Hollingsworth, 5796 Mt. Olivet Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false reporting of a crime. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Darnell Burdette, P.O. Box 209 Warren St., Como, was served a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Layanda S. Lee, 201 Atkins St. Apt. C 3, Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault and contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dustyn Brown, 1821 Cold Springs Rd., Sardis, is being held for mental evaluation. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Tommy Montana Rogers, 7243 Park Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffery Lee Rhodes, 113 North Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Matthew Henry, 424 Martin Luther King Apt. B, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI-third, careless driving, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

DeWayne Butts Fonville, 824 Smart Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Alkera Spears, New Greenhill Apt. 6, Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tommy Montana Rogers, 7243 Park Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, simple assault and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Labella Hill, 414 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no insurance, driving while license suspended and leaving the scene of an accident. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Barry Cole Flint, 5692 Barnacre Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and public profanity. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tommy Ray Oliver, 313 Willow St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-second. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

April 8
Jennifer Michelle Wren, 3493 Tom Floyd Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Chasity D. Willard, 1122 Matthews Rd., Sarah, is being served a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Michael C. Bolton, 4404 Hwy. 51, Pope, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Bennie Irby Jr., 102 Lawson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jason J. Dirks, 623 Lister B.C. VOBIYO Creston, British Columbia Canada, is being held for Idaho.

Larry Walls, 322 Hernado St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
