Deliverance Tabernacle Pentecostal Church, Inc will have revival May 16 and 17 at 6 p.m. nightly  Elder Charles Bramlett will be the revivalist for these two nights. Bishop E.M. Fondren is the pastor.

Deliverance Tabernacle Pentecostal Church, Inc., will be hosting a 96th Birthday Celebration honoring Bishop E.M. Fondren along with an Installation Ceremony at 2 p.m.   Everyone is invited.  Bishop E.M. Fondren is the pastor.

McIvor Creek M.B. Church, Sardis, will celebrate Homecoming at 10 a.m. Lunch will be served. The Pastor is Dr. Charles K. Dodson.

Mt. Zion Baptist Church will celebrate its 147th Church Anniversary, Sunday, May 19, at 3 p.m. The special guest speaker will be Rev. Louis Wilson of Springhill Asa M. B. Church, Courtland. Rev. Sammie Parker is the pastor. The public is invited to attend.

West Camp Church will celebrate its annual Homecoming and Memorial Day service in the 9:45 a.m. worship hour. The public is invited. Rev. Harlen Harris, Jr., is pastor.

May 21-23

Salem M.B. Church will be having its Bible Institute at 7 p.m. each night. Rev Donald Ester, Sr., of New Bethel M.B. Church of Germantown, Tenn., will be the guest speaker. Rev. Larry Itson is pastor.

May 26

The Springhill Asa M. B. Church family invites everyone to their Homecoming and Memorial Day Services, during 11 a.m. morning services. Lunch will be served. Everyone is invited to come out and share with them in all of their festivities. They will have a hallelujah time in the Lord. Pastor is Rev. Louis Williams.

May 28

The Sardis District youth department will have its spring revival Tuesday thruThursday, May 28-30 at 6 p.m. each night.

Rev. Marcus Dudley from Kingdom Movement in Coffeeville will be the guest speaker.

May 31

Sardis Lake Baptist Church will have a gospel singing with the award winning Joseph Habendank, Friday, May 31, at 7 p.m. A love offering will be taken. Call 609-0546 for more information.

June 1

Bethany Baptist Church (corner of Eureka and Hubbard Rds.) will host a picnic for Veterans, First Responders, and all Law Enforcement from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the grounds of the church, or in the fellowship hall if raining. June 2

The Pilgrim Rest Church family, 4011 Ballentine, will celebrate their annual pastor and wife’s anniversary at 2:30 p.m. Special guests will be Pastor Sammie Parker and the Mt. Zion Church family and choir of Batesville. Rev. Willie Frost is host pastor.

The United Fellowship M.B. Church family, 263 Highway 6 West, Batesville, will celebrate its pastor and wife anniversary at 3 p.m. Special guests will be pastor Dr. Rickey Dugger and Norris Ave. Church and choir of Memphis. Everyone is invited. Jeffery K. McMullen is the pastor.

St. Peter M.B. Church will honor its pastor and wife, Pastor O’Dell Draper, Jr., and First Lady Sheina Draper, for their 16th anniversary. Minister Michael Johnson will be guest speaker at 10:45 a.m. and Pastor Jamuel Johnson and North Hopewell will be the guests at 2:30 p.m.

June 3-7

Viney Creek M. B. Church is planning a trip to Washington, D.C., by charter bus June 3-7. The roundtrip fare is $270 per person which includes dinner at the hotel, two buffet dinners and a reception. The bus will depart from the Wal-Mart in Southaven Monday, June 3 at 6 a.m. Deadline for booking the trip is Saturday, May 4. July 7

The United Fellowship M. B. Church, 263 Highway 6 West, Batesville will have 100 Women in Hats service at 2:30 p.m. Everyone is invited. Jeffery K. McMullen is pastor.

Weekly

Celebrate Recovery With Jesus will meet each Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at Victory Independent Baptist Church on Hwy. 51S, two-and-a-half miles south of Batesville on the right. Bring all your hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Call 209-7773 for more information.
