The Batesville Lions Club recently hosted a barbecue lunch for all Panola County first responders at their building on Hwy. 51 South.  More than 100 policemen, deputies, firemen, and EMTs enjoyed the lunch. The Lions Club hosts a number of events each year in appreciation of first responders.
