Love Is….

Smiling when you want to frown

Checking on your neighbors

Writing a letter to someone special

Offering to cook a meal

Clean someone’s house

Take children camping

Spend time with a lonely child

Teach someone to knit or crochet

Read to someone who eyes are weak and failing

Walk in the woods

Go foraging for herbs

Keeping grandchildren on the weekend

Watching Sesame Street when you want to watch a movie

Helping to care for loved ones

Clean a neighbor’s yard

Greet someone with a hug

Call someone you haven’t spoken to in a while

Making homemade candy

Stay out of your children’s business (If you want them to be happy)

We share many thoughts of love gone by. But yet, we remember the gift of that love that blooms from within. We should know it’s not about the price you pay for the gift but the attention to details of one’s heart.

Think of all the wonderful things you can do to make someone happy. Look at the beauty of the night sky.
