Your interest and support in reporting our plans for wholesale and custom butchering has reached over 20,000 households and we hope through this business to help enhance and grow Mississippi’s local food economy. So many people have already enthusiastically supported Marshall’s vision of raising slaughter ready livestock right here on the farm and we encourage all to come to the retail shop to buy Home Place fresh meat cuts, sausages and bratwursts and take a tour of the processing plant and the farm.
