October 31
Patricia Cooper Burnette, 233 Humphrey St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

November 1
Christopher Jamal Wlaton, 36 CR 1171, Oxford, was arrested and charged with DUI and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Carl Edward Epps, 5625 Hwy. 51 South, Pope, was arrested and charged with parole violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
David Lee Blackburn Jr., 3197 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.
Jeremy Delain Mayer, 1216 Terza Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Terriance Darnell Jackson, 68 Rudd Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christina Marie White, 109 Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-other, reckless driving and possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Sanford Larone Williams, 1255 Deatown Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with public drunk and indecent exposure. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Venton D. Young, 203 Claude St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with stalking.

Conteris Montrell Lockett, 502 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
Darius Dewayne Lester, 208 West Lee St., Sardis, has a hold.
Cedric Cornell Willingham, 1817 Springport Rd., Sardis, was arrested on a bond surrender and was also charged with driving while license suspended.

November 5
David Christopher Bell, 27939 Hwy. 6, Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Marlon Deshawn Fletcher, 719 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to comply. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
