Robert Lee Grant Sr.

Robert Lee Grant Sr., 48, died Friday October 14, 2016, at Merit Health Hospital.
The family will hold a private memorial service for at a later date.
Grant was born September 15, 1968 to L. B. Grant of Batesville and the late Carmen Maestre Grant in Chicago.
Survivors, in addition to his father include, one son, Robert Lee Grant Jr. of Pope and one brother, Richard Grant of Pope.

Granville Wayne Melton

Granville Wayne Melton, 78, died Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Tallahatchie General Hospital in Charleston.
Services were held Monday, October 17, at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church near Enid. Interment followed in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Wells Funeral Home had charge.
Melton was born October 7, 1938, to the late Edward and Elizabeth Hardin Melton. He was a retired factory worker.
