Panola County Jail Arrest Record

The following is a list of those incarcerated at the David M. Bryan Justice Center as provided by the Panola County Jail upon request.
A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

October 3
James E. Diggs, 286 Love Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Hunter Keith Toliver, 3533 Eureka St., Batesville, has a hold.
Jeffery Lee Norwood, 18 Broadway St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Anthony Bernard Danner, 6302 Wabash Rd., Gladstone, Mo., was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Ryan Joshua Yourn, 530 Hwy. 315, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon by a felon. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

October 4
Calvin Miller Jr., 4058 Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling. The case will be heard in Justice Court and Circuit Court.
Dennis Dewayne Wilbourn, 208 County Road 141, Tupelo, was arrested and charged on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
David Orville Branch, 1813 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.
Joseph Edward Smith, 2247 Vasser Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Charity Lee Darby, 2247 Vasser Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Michael Earl Cooper, 3186 Seven Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with felony malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Arthur Demorion Pollard, 7837 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Benjamin Hall, 111 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Nikia Latrail Robinson, 200 Ridge Road, Courtland, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent, failure to dim headlights and littering. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

October 5
Lonnie Martell Gilliam, 900 Fox Gate Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Charles Edward Handy Jr., 210 Jones St. Apt. B2, Crenshaw, was arrested on a writ to hold.
Thomas Waymond Vaughn, 112 Williams St., Batesville, has a hold.

October 6
Dennis Tramaine Rudd, 109 Hoskins, Batesville, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of controlled substance, no tag light and has a hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

October 7
China Kalachie White, 1475 Hadorn Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Lashundra N. Taylor, 207 B. Lenard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Larry Clayton Franks, 382 Roberson Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Stephanie Marie Byford, 12083 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
