September 12

Gilbert McThunel Sr., 200 Vance St. Apt. No. A, Batesville, was arrested and charged with forgery. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

QCherrel Ethalynna Blackburn, 1475 Hadorn Rd., Apt. 24, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and has a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Donterius Danvonta Tribble, 201 MLK Drive, Batesville,was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery of a child ad two counts of gratification of lust. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christopher Wayne Johnson, 113 Boyd St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Rodney Lee Harris, 221 Henry Harris Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession with intent. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
