Panola’s new Miss Hospitality, Emily Cockrell (right) gets advice from Little Miss Batesville Shields Robison in anticipation of the state Miss Hospitality pageant next month. The occasion for this queen confab was the coronation Monday of Miss Cockrell by Misty Wright (left), Panola’s 2000 Miss Hospitality. Corkrell, first alternate in the local competition, stepped in to take the place of Taylor Sheley who resigned due to school schedule constraints.
