POPE––Ralph Willard Kahlor, 77, died Saturday, December 5, 2015, at his residence.

Services will be  held today at 2 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from noon until service time. Burial will be in Forrest Memorial Park. Dr. Gary Berry and Dr. Roger Richards will officiate.

Kahlor, born July 25, 1938 in Nesbit, to the late Harmon Ralph and Ruth Allen Kahlor, retired after 38 years of service as the Tate County Co-op manager in Senatobia. He was a member of Pope Baptist Church. He served as president of the Mississippi Agriculture Chemical Association, and also the Mississippi Seedmen’s Association.

Survivors include: his wife, Rosa Bryant Kahlor of Pope; two daughters, Linda Jeanette Kahlor Collins of Pope, Beverly Marie Kahlor Shinstock of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; sister, Ruth Louis Harris of Hernando; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
