A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

June 29
Joey Rayshan Griffin, 2004 McNeely Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Brad Russell Sutherland, 3914 Hubbard Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory Rowell, 3956 Hwy. 51, Senatobia, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no seat belt and open container. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
Brandon Douglas Fowler, 143 Salem Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a warrant from Tallahatchie County. The case will be heard in Tallahatchie County.

June 30
William Bennett Tubbs, 190 WW Scott Rd., Batesville, was sentenced to five years with 10 years post release supervision. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Elias L. Rojas, 3775 Tubbs Rd., Tunica, was arrested on bench warrant for contempt of court. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

William Craig Dillion, 218 Gordon Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen firearm. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kevin Cordel Riley, 613 6th St., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marcus Cortez Smith, 729 McKinley St., Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Nelson Butler, 1600 3rd St., Marks, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Derrick Dewayne Gentry, 698 East Lee St. Room 204, Sardis, was arrested and charged with no tag, no proof of insurance and DUI. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

July 1
Vernon V. Lewis, 303 Mt. Level Rd., Sardis, has a hold for Desoto County.

Courtney Martez Goins, 35 Gus Garcia St., San Antonio, Texas, was arrested on a bench warrant for statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Patrick Allan Rudd, 3946 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk and family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Michael Bay Jr., 3166 Deer Creek Rd., Batesville, has a writ to hold.

Erika Skylar Workman, 3970 Sees Chapel Rd., Sarah, has a writ to hold.

Joshua Drew Russell, 87 Mimosa Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with petit larceny, possession of meth, grand larceny (felony) and has a hold.

Jeremy Tyrell Russell, 427 Fredrick St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with attempted breaking and entering. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Chelsey Marie Daugherty, 4360 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of meth and grand larceny (felony) and has a hold.

Bobby Ray Bradford, 202 A Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with open container. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Mitchell Simmons, 230 Third St., Sledge, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Wilton Lowell Marsalis Jr., Two Private Rd. 305 Apt. No. 5, Oxford, was arrested and charged with speeding, careless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Daniel Wesley Tartt, 432 Enid Teasdale Rd., Enid, has a hold for Tallahatchie.

Raishun Emmanuel Hewette, 204 Lester St. Apt. C, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Darious Travonte Ruffin, 700 South Ave. West, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

Torrey Larue Dean, 71 Earnestine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Marlon Jermaine Tucker, 435 Bethlehem Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The  case was heard in Como Municipal Court.

Jenisha Q. Jackson, 421 Dewberry St., Sardis, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Kedarrious L. Wooten, 643 B Hudson Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jerry Carl McGhee, 1308 N. Roberts A. Stalls Ave., Carbondale, Ill., was arrested and charged with DUI and no head lights. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
