District Attorney John Champion announced Monday that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has added $25,000 to the reward being offered for information concerning the Jessica Chambers murder bringing the total to $43,000. Chambers died from injuries on December 6 when she was found still alive next to her burning car with burns over 98 percent of her body. She died later that night. Investigation has added $25,000 to the reward being offered for information
concerning the Jessica Chambers murder bringing the total to $43,000.

Chambers died from injuries on December 6 when she was found still alive
next to her burning car with burns over 98 percent of her body. She died
later that night.

News of her plight has gone nationwide but no suspect has been arrested over
a month after the incident even though federal and state agencies have
joined Panola County Sheriff’s Department and other local agencies in the
investigation.
