June 2

Christopher Daniel Key, 1330 Hadorn Apt. 11, Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jessica Lane Chambers 1024 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Darrell Kenyatte Long, 15915 Cordono St., Mo. City, Texas, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia, careless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Don Edward Burnett Jr., 3 Circle 2026, Abbeville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny and surrendered his bond. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

June 3

Robert Earl Miller, 4058 Pleasant Grove Rd., Sardis, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stevie C. Pryor, 7015 Pocahontas Apt. 29, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Jeffery Lynn Stiles, 118 Dickey Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

June 4

Detrailous M. Webster, 2585 A Chapeltown Rd., Courtland, was sentenced to 30 days for contempt. The case was heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Corey K. Henderson, 214 Humphrey Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with three counts of sale of cocaine, two counts habitual offender and one count subsequent offender (indictment). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Brandon Williams, 205 Warren St., Como, is serving 10 days.

June 5

Kerrance K. Patterson, 67-A Alred Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with three counts of domestic violence and shoplifting. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Scotty Anthony Wilbourn, 328 Center St., Sardis, has a hold, for violation of probation.

Tomeka Shae Lamar, 307 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Pamela Kay Deason, 103 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Brejuan Jabril Byers, 3946 B Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Monique A. Booker, 1120 Eleven St., Lambert, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jeremy D’Andre Pegues, 20 CR 288, Abbeville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

James David Manoel Bethel, 1340 Alonzo Gipson, Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Charles Edward Cox Jr., 118 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with open container and public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Brondreckus Q. Clark, 205 C Leonard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with open container and public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ricky Lanier Henderson, 125 Jackson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with open container and public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Kenneth Cedric Brown, 170 Martin Luther King Dr., Pontotoc, is a federal detainee.

Robert Lavell Love, 415 Kinney St., Greenwood, is a federal detainee. 

Ronald Glenn Biggers Jr., 1792 Curtis Locke Station Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Sadis Municipal Court.

John Henry Leverson, 256 Rayburn Rd., Como, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order.

Charlene Turner, 6316 Macedonia Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay, no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Thomas Ray Quarles, 333 Phelps Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.  The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Randre Chenier Armestead, 124 Herron Sub., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Susan Rogers, 69 Oil Mill Rd. Apt. 24, Webb, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Nathan Ventrell Smith, 14 Martha St., Tutwiler, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
