Gardner Bullington
NEWARK, ARK.–Gardner Bullington, 78, formerly of Batesville, died Monday, March 3, 2014, at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Price and Ola Bullington; one step-daughter, Tina Boyd and one son, Barry Bullington.

Survivors include: his wife, Clara Bullington; two brothers, Kenneth Bullington and Tommy Bullington and three sisters, Jane Pike, Joyce Densford and Donna Wells.

Betty Lou McKellar Craddock
RULEVILLE–Betty Lou McKellar Craddock, 68, died Sunday, April 13, 2014, at North Sunflower Medical Center.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Sardis. Rev. Danny McKellar and Jeanette Streitmatter will officiate. Wells Funeral Home has charge.

Craddock, born Oct. 16, 1945, in Coahoma County, to the late Lonzo and Jency Monell Fox Bowman, worked delivering and pulling parts for Carquest Auto Parts in Richland. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by one son, Troy Patterson.

Survivors include: her daughter, Cynthia Patterson Howard of Doddsville; one son, Marcus Patterson of Clinton; three sisters, Peggy Walters of Memphis, Linda Ellis of Batesville and Mary Mooneyhan of Richland; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Shannon VanHoozer Francis
BATESVILLE–Shannon VanHoozer Francis, 45, died Friday, April 11, 2014, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.

Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery near Gore Springs. Rev. Tim Morgan will officiate. Wells Funeral Home has charge.

Francis, born March 1, 1969, in Marks, to Ellen Jones VanHoozer of Amory and the late Ernest VanHoozer, attended Good Hope Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.

Survivors along with her mother include: her husband, John Francis of Batesville; two daughters, Paige Francis and Elizabeth Francis, both of Batesville; one sister, Judith VanHoozer McCollum of Pontotoc and her brother, Eston VanHoozer of Memphis.

Donna Faye Cook Roberson
NETTLETON–Donna Faye Cook Roberson, 56, died Thursday, April 10, 2014, at her residence.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Terry Floyd will officiate. Wells Funeral Home had charge.

Roberson, born Aug. 12, 1957, to the late Roger Leo and Louise Ogelsby Cavallo, in Decatur, Ala., was a homemaker. She was a factory worker for many years.

Survivors include: her children, Donna Lynn Taylor of Nettleton, Christopher Roberson of Nettleton, Melissa Bramlett and Bubba Bramlett, both of Batesville, Loretta Helmes of Kentucky, Jason Bramlett of Pontotoc and Misty Bramlett of Batesville; two brothers, George Edwards Cook of Clarksdale and Ricky Lee Cook of Tupelo; and 23 grandchildren.
