October 29

Johnny M. Harris, 182 Bill Wallace Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with drugs and alcohol (long term). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Samantha Johnson, 210 E. McLaurine St., Sardis was sentenced to 10 yrs. for forgery—habitual status, the case was heard in Circuit Court.

Jerry J. Arthur, 15328 Scruggs Rd., England, Ark., was arrested and charged with embezzlement-bench warrant.. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Corey Lee Alred, Ramsey Circle Lot. No. 8, Sardis, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rebecca Sue Russell, 50 Pilgrims Rest, Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Daryll D. Pettis, 105 Clairmont St., Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Robert Lavell Spain, 876 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence – simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

October 31

Kathy Anne Melton, 1063 Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a bond surrender/possession of controlled substance-possession with intent.

Adren D. Taylor, 306 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with sale of cocaine one count. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kevin D. Locke, 1126 Waldrup Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Earl Cooper, 3186 Seven Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Connie Sue Ausborn, 138 Mason St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tiffany Monique Hall, 130 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

November 1

Eric Dewayne Nelson, 201 Atkins St., Apt. F8, Sardis, was arrested and charged with statutory rape. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Arnand V. Shegog, 306 Arizona St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James K. Lloyd, 127 E. State Street, Princeton, Ind., was arrested and charged with one count conspiracy and one count of grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kristina D. Jones, 230 Dunsin Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with simple possession. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Chris Vernell Brooks, 2229 Marie Cove, Oxford, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, careless driving and switched tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jeffery O’Brian Shaw, 43 Grand View Dr., Water Valley, was arrested and charged with careless driving, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended, littering, DUI and being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
