October 8

Cadalvin K. Cox, 598 East Lee St., Sardis, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brett S. Carnell, 1027 CR 578, Blue Mountain, is a state inmate being housed at the jail. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Willie P. Clay, 408 Big John Rd., Aberdeen, is a state inmate being housed at the jail. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Randon Cortez Cullins, 212 McAleine St., Bruce,  is a state inmate being housed at the jail. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kenon Jake Lofton, 4258 McIngvale Rd., Hernando, is a state inmate being housed at the jail. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jeremy D. Mayer, 525 Morris Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault, possession of controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jerry Alexander, 206 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jimmy Dale Redwine, 471 Sunset Dr., Pope, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jeffery Scott Morris Sr., 485 Morris Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brondreekus Clark 205 C Leonard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Markecuan Q. Ford, 2074 C Morrow Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Darreyl Ruffin, 331 Sims Hawkins Rd., Longtown, was arrested and charged with child support lock up order for Quitman County. The case will  be heard in Justice Court.

Detric Gardner, 314 Tate Panola Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with disregard for traffic device and no driver’s license. The case will  heard in Como Municipal Court.

Lynell Anthony Stamps, 1189 Tom Cooper Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with stalking, harassing or making threats. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Clifton Tyrone Garrett, 38 CR 351, Taylor, driving while license suspended, no tag and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

October 11

Nicholas Rutherford, 540 Rutherford Rd., Batesville, was  arrested and charged with speeding, no proof of insurance, reckless driving and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tony A. Perry, 107 Cedar Crest, Batesville, was arrested on a warrant for simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Marlene A. Toliver, 200 Calvary St., Batesville, was arrested on a bond surrender for two counts of reckless driving, driving while license suspended, no inspection sticker and improper passing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Krystal R. Lockhart, 502 Warren St., Como, is being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kajarvis B. Bradford, 108 Vance St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

David Joe Goodwin, 107 Northwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with  disturbance of a family.

Mason G. Hale, 5662 Mt. Olivet Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with grand larceny, burglary, breaking and entering into a dwelling of a house. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

George Lewis Bailey, 270 Jamison Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged with violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Kenny A. Norwood, 1691 Wilson Rd. Lot 6, Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Hailey M. Marmino, 1974 Dees Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
